"I woke up inside a dimly lit room. Thick white spiderwebs hung from every corner of the ceiling. I tried to move my legs, but I was trapped in a heavy web. Suddenly, hundreds of small black spiders crawled out of the cracks in the wall. They moved quickly across the floor toward me. Then, a giant brown spider dropped down from above on a thin thread. It landed right on my chest with its long, hairy legs. I tried to scream, but no sound came out of my mouth. The tiny spiders began to crawl up my arms and legs. Cold terror froze my whole body. I struggled against the sticky threads with all my strength. I woke up gasping for breath."

Core Theme

"This dream reflects feelings of being trapped by repressed emotions and old childhood conditioning that still govern your sense of safety. The spiders and webs symbolize hidden anxieties, defense mechanisms, and a fear of being overwhelmed by forces you cannot control. Your inability to scream suggests that early experiences taught you to silence your needs, creating a cycle of frozen terror."

Insight
