The golden Silence where the mind Finally rests

"I was in some open space, not quite a field not quite a room, soft gold light everywhere with no real source. sat down without deciding to, body just did it on its own. Everything usually loud in my head just stopped, all at once, that constant noise gone like someone finally turned it off. Just breathing, feeling each one land, nothing urgent pulling at me for once. I had this sense of understanding something huge, couldn't tell you what now, gone the second I started waking, just remember it landing warm in my chest. Space turned into water at some point, floating instead of sitting, no effort to it, sky doing that same gold thing above me. Felt like I could stay as long as it lasted and be fine with that. I woke up slow, that calm still sitting with me a few seconds before the day came rushing back."
