Blue grass and the giant Goose

"I was lying in a field but the grass was blue. Not painted blue, just blue. I didn't question it. Then they came over. Birds, but huge, bigger than cars, and there were so many the sky went dark and then light again in stripes. I could feel the wind from their wings on my face. I laughed. Actually laughed out loud in the dream, which I never do. One of them landed next to me. It was a goose, I think, but wrong. Too many feathers or not enough. It looked at me like it was waiting for directions. I pointed up. It nodded. Birds can't nod. Whatever. They all took off and I was flying with them, no idea when that happened, and my arms were wings, and it was freezing up there but I didn't care. We were heading somewhere. I don't know where. The weird part is I wasn't even excited. Just... this is fine. This is right. I woke up and my cat was asleep on my chest. I was smiling. Still am."
