Meteor in the parking Lot

"I was walking through this massive outdoor parking lot looking for my car. Couldn't remember where I parked. The sky was super dark. Suddenly this huge meteor streaks across the sky and crashes right into the middle of the lot. Didn't feel like the end of the world, just really bright. I wasn't scared of getting crushed, just worried the shockwave would set off all the car alarms. Walked over to the crater. The meteor was just sitting there, glowing red and hissing like a wet grill. It was the size of a washing machine. My friend Dave was suddenly standing next to me holding a bag of ice. Told me to "put it in the trunk." I opened my car door and the inside was just full of sand. Woke up trying to remember where I actually parked."
