A painless Birth and a smiling Daughter

"I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl, all by myself. There were no doctors, no hospital, and no medicine, and somehow it was easy. She came out so smoothly, and I wasn't afraid. I cleaned her and dressed her, then kissed her cheek. She smiled at me. She never cried, not even once. She lay safely on my chest, fitting against me like a puzzle piece.
