Breaking Free From the Dark Shell of Repression Meaning & Interpretation

"I was trapped inside a cold, dark shell. I could not move or speak. It felt like I was sleeping for a very long time. Suddenly, a bright gold light cracked the darkness. Warm air rushed in, and the shell broke open into pieces. I stepped out into a vast green field. The sun was warm on my skin, and beautiful birds flew across the sky. I looked down at my hands and saw they were glowing with life. I took a deep breath of fresh air. I started to run, and I felt lighter than a feather. A huge smile spread across my face. I felt totally free, renewed, and ready for a fresh start. I woke up laughing with happiness."
