"I found myself walking across an endless, flat plain bathed in an intense, brilliant white light. The light didn't come from a sun or a lamp; it simply existed everywhere all at once, casting no shadows on the ground. There were no colors, trees, or buildings—just a smooth, pale surface stretching out in every direction under the uniform glow.
