"I dreamt that my son was going to play an old board game, but it had been up in the attic for years. I dusted off the box, but could hear a strange scraping sound coming from inside. I grabbed a pair of scissors to slice through the old tape and pried the cardboard open. The box was divided into several small plastic compartments, with many of them packed with dried leaves, sawdust, and decayed paper. Then I noticed black beetles squirming in the debris, so I reached for a heavy shoe and started pounding them down as they tried to scuttle free, including a massive stag beetle."
