"I was arguing with someone in my house, but I couldn't see the person's face clearly. I don't even remember what started it. I just knew I was angry and kept trying to explain something that felt very important. The other person kept talking over me, and somehow my words were coming out wrong. At one point I was standing in the kitchen, and suddenly we were outside near a bus stop. I was still arguing like nothing had changed. I picked up my phone to show a message, but the screen was full of old photos instead. That made me even more upset. Then I was back inside the house, sitting alone at the table. I could still hear the other person arguing from another room, even though I knew nobody was there. I wanted to answer but couldn't get my voice out. I woke up with my jaw tight and my heart beating fast."
