"I fell into the middle of a deep blue ocean. The cold water rushed over my head and pulled me down fast. I kicked my legs and waved my arms, but I could not swim to the surface. Small air bubbles escaped from my mouth and floated away into the dark depth. The surface light grew smaller and fainter above me. My lungs burned as I tried to hold my breath. Heavy water pressed down on my chest from every side. Panic swept over me as I sank deeper into the cold sea, helpless and unable to breathe. Then I woke up. I was on my bed, terrified, could not go back to sleep."
