"i was brushing my teeth, normal enough start, except the toothbrush felt too big in my hand, and halfway through one of my molars just came loose against the bristles, no pain, just this sudden looseness. i spit it into the sink along with the toothpaste and just stood there looking at it for a second before it really registered. i picked it up and set it on the edge of the sink like i was gonna deal with it later, and went back to brushing, which in hindsight is such a weird choice but it felt completely reasonable at the time. another one came loose almost right after, front this time, and i caught it in my hand before it even hit the sink. i remember trying to count how many i'd lost so far and losing track every time, four, no five, then losing count again and starting over, the number never staying still in my head. i went to look in the mirror and my reflection was doing something slightly delayed, like it caught up half a second after i moved, and my smile in the mirror had way more gaps than the ones i'd actually lost. i called for someone, i think it was my mom, to ask if this was normal, and my voice came out mumbly, difficult to understand even to myself, like my mouth wasn't shaping the words right anymore. she answered from another room but her voice sounded like it was coming through a wall, muffled, and i couldn't make out what she said back. i went to grab another tooth off the sink edge and there were way more there now than i remembered setting down, a little pile of them, and i just stood there running my tongue over the gaps trying to map out what was left. woke up and did the thing where you check your teeth with your finger, relieved they were all still there, though my jaw felt a little tense for no reason."

"This dream reflects anxiety about losing control, changing circumstances, or important parts of yourself while trying to maintain a normal routine. The loose teeth and delayed reflection suggest you may be sensing shifts in your identity, communication, or confidence before you can fully understand them. Reflection

This is a strong stress dream, not a literal warning about your teeth. Pay attention to jaw tension and give yourself permission to rest and reset.
