Crab School Dream: Drawing the Moon with an Meaning & Interpretation

"I dreamed I was walking on a beach. The sand was pink, and the sea was purple. That was strange, but it was not the strangest thing. Hundreds of crabs walked on the beach. They walked in a long line, like students going to class. Each crab held a pencil in one claw. Each crab also carried a small notebook on its back. I asked one crab, "Where are you going?" It stopped and looked at me. Then it gave me a map. The map was full of lines and circles, but I could not read any of it. "Follow us," said the crab. "We are going to Crab School. Today we learn how to draw the moon." I followed the crabs into a cave. Inside, there was a huge blackboard. A very old crab stood next to it and drew the moon with white chalk. All the little crabs copied it carefully. Then the teacher pointed at me. "Now it is your turn," it said. "Draw the moon." I picked up the chalk, but my hand was shaking. I did not know how to draw. All the crabs stared at me. The map in my pocket suddenly caught fire for no reason. I woke up in my bed, holding my pillow like chalk. Everything was normal again, but my head was full of questions. Why crabs? Why school? Why the moon? I still have no answer."
