"I dreamed I was late for something, but I couldn't remember what it was. I was in a building with a lot of rooms and kept opening the wrong doors. People were walking past me and asking me questions, but I couldn't seem to answer them. My phone kept ringing too, and when I looked at it there were dozens of missed calls, even though I didn't know who was calling. At some point I realized I had forgotten to do something really important. I started trying to remember, but the more I thought about it, the more things came into my head. Bills, work, messages, things I had promised people. It all felt like it was happening at once. Then I was suddenly sitting in a classroom with papers all over the desk. Everyone else had already finished. I tried to write something, but my pen wouldn't work. I remember feeling completely overwhelmed and wanting to disappear. Then I woke up with my chest feeling tight and that same anxious feeling still there."
