Falling, flying, and floating in the supermarket

"I was falling from somewhere really high, but I don't remember how I got there. I could see buildings below me and I was sure I was going to hit the ground. I tried to grab something, but there was nothing there. Then instead of falling, I started flying. It felt completely normal, like I had suddenly remembered how to do it. I was moving above the houses and could feel the air on my face. I was trying to control where I went, but I kept drifting in the wrong direction. Then I was suddenly inside a supermarket, still floating a few feet above the floor. People were walking around like nothing was strange. I tried to land, but my feet wouldn't touch the ground. A second later I was outside again, much higher up. I started falling once more, but this time I wasn't scared. Right before I reached the ground, I woke up with that strange feeling of still moving."
