"I was standing in a room with several people when someone told me that a person who had died was coming back. I knew who they meant, and my stomach dropped because I remembered the funeral. A few seconds later, the person walked through the door like nothing had happened. He looked exactly the same, wearing clothes I remembered seeing him in before. I just stared at him. Nobody else seemed surprised. I went over and touched his arm because I needed to know he was really there. He smiled at me and said, "Why are you looking at me like that?" Then everything suddenly changed. We were sitting together at a table, talking and laughing about something I can't remember. I felt so happy that I started crying. I looked away for a moment, and when I turned back, the chair was empty. There was only a cup sitting on the table. I woke up with tears on my face, still expecting to hear his voice."
