Reunion at the old Schoolyard

"I dreamed I was back at school with my old friends, the ones I haven't seen in years. We were sitting outside near the playground, laughing about something stupid, but I can't remember what was so funny. One friend looked exactly the same as before, even wearing the kind of jacket he always had. I felt happy just being there, like all those years apart hadn't happened. We talked about meeting up again, and I kept saying we really should do it this time. Then someone brought out a birthday cake, even though it wasn't anybody's birthday. I looked around and noticed a few people were missing, but nobody seemed to care. Suddenly we were driving down a road near my childhood home, singing along to a song I hadn't heard in ages. I wanted the moment to last longer. When I woke up, I felt a little sad, and wondered what those old friends were doing now."
