"I was in a hallway at what felt like my old workplace, talking to someone about something boring, when I felt that warm trickle against my lip. touched it and my fingers came away red. It wasn't a little, either, it kept coming, dripping onto my shirt faster than I could do anything about. I tried tilting my head back and then remembered you're not supposed to, so I pinched my nose and it just kept leaking through my fingers. the person I was talking to kept going like nothing was happening, He didn't even glance down. I kept saying "hey, hey" and my voice barely worked. I went looking for tissues and every bathroom I found was locked or had no sink. Blood was on the floor behind me by then, a trail, which seemed like more than a nosebleed should make, but I couldn't stop to think about it. Woke up with my hand pressed against my face, checking the pillow before I trusted it was clean."
