Found money and family Photos on a busy Street

"I was walking along a busy street when I noticed a few dollar bills near the curb. I picked them up and looked around to see if anyone had dropped them, but everyone just kept walking. Then I saw more money scattered near a bus stop, so I started collecting it. Some bills were folded up, and others were stuck under a newspaper. I felt excited, but also a little guilty, like someone might suddenly come back looking for it. I stuffed the money into my jacket pockets, which somehow kept getting bigger. Then I found a thick envelope full of cash beside a bench. I opened it, but instead of money, there were old family photos inside. I remember feeling disappointed, though I don't know why. Suddenly I was in my childhood home, counting the bills on the kitchen table. My mother asked where I got them, and I couldn't think of an answer. I woke up wondering how much money I'd actually found."
