"I was walking across a bridge and I knew I'd been on it a while. Not lost exactly. Just... on it. The other side was visible the whole time but it never got closer. There was a man fishing off the side. I asked if he'd caught anything. He said "not yet" and went back to it. I kept walking. Then it was night and there were lamps, and I realized I wasn't tired. My legs were fine. I wasn't hungry. I just kept going. Someone passed me going the other way. A woman with a stroller. I looked in and there was nothing in it but I didn't say anything and neither did she. At some point I noticed the bridge had no railings anymore. Just the road and the water way down. I didn't care. I walked right down the middle. I woke up and my feet were hanging off the edge of the bed. Pulled them back under the covers. Lay there a while. Got up and went to work and drove over an actual bridge and didn't think about it until I was already across."

Core Theme

"This dream reflects a state of suspended transition where you are neither lost nor arriving, yet you continue forward with quiet acceptance. The absence of fatigue, hunger, or fear suggests a deep trust in the process, even when the destination remains perpetually out of reach. The dream invites you to recognize that the journey itself, with its empty strollers and missing railings, is where your peace resides."
