Vintage record, electric Kiss, and the night Train awakening

"I was trying to find a specific vintage record in this cluttered, dimly lit bookstore, except all the album covers were just blank white cardboard. Then I turned down an aisle made of tall stacks of old magazines and ran right into someone I haven't seen since high school-someone I never even had a crush on back then, but suddenly my chest felt like it was doing backflips. We didn't even say anything about where we were or why we were there. He just stepped closer, reached up, and cupped the side of my neck, and his thumb was warm right against my pulse point. When he leaned in and kissed me, it felt so intense and electric that my whole body went static, like that dizzy, breathless feeling when a roller coaster drops. It wasn't rushed or awkward at all; it just felt impossibly right, like this huge rush of heat spreading clear down to my fingertips. Then the bookstore just dissolved instantly, and we were standing on a windy train platform at night, with red tail lights stretching out down the tracks. He pulled back slightly, laughing at something I couldn't hear over the sound of an approaching engine, but he was still holding both of my hands so tightly my knuckles were white. I woke up right as the train doors slid open, lying there in bed with my heart absolutely racing, feeling this wild, giddy surge of energy like I’d just downed three cups of espresso."
