Muddy golf Course, silent Crocodiles, and a trapped Bus ride

"I was walking across the fairway of a golf course near my uncle's house, carrying a heavy plastic watering can for some reason even though it was already starting to drizzle. The grass was super muddy, and every time I took a step my sneakers made this loud squishing sound. I walked over to the edge of a small artificial pond to see if I could rinse off my shoe, but the water was thick and yellowish, like old tea. Then I noticed these two long, dark green logs floating right near the edge, except they had tiny ridged bumps running all the way down them. One of them slowly turned its head toward me, and I saw its pale yellow eye just staring flat without blinking. It didn't splash or roar, it just silently slid off the muddy bank into the water, heading right toward my feet. My knees went totally stiff, and I tried to back away up the hill, but the grass was so slick I kept sliding back down toward the edge of the pond. Then I was suddenly sitting in the backseat of a city bus that was parked in a dark car wash. I could hear big bristle brushes rubbing against the sides of the windows, but through the soapy water on the glass I kept thinking I could see those dark green shapes moving around outside in the parking lot. I just sat there gripping the metal bar on the seat in front of me, terrified that one of them was going to push through the rubber folding door at the front of the bus. Woke up sweating, with my legs pulled up tight against my chest."
