Cheating Dream With ringing Phone: Guilt and avoidance

"I dreamed I was cheating on my partner. I don't remember how I met the other person. We were just suddenly together somewhere, sitting in a small restaurant. I knew I shouldn't be there, but I wasn't thinking much about it at first. Then my partner called me. I could see his name on my phone, and I remember feeling my stomach drop. I didn't answer. The other person asked me what was wrong, but I couldn't explain it. After that the dream jumped to my apartment. My partner was there, sitting on the couch like he had been waiting for me. I started trying to explain, but I couldn't get the words out properly. I kept saying it wasn't what it looked like, even though I knew it probably was. Then suddenly I was back at the restaurant, alone. My phone was on the table and kept ringing. I woke up feeling awful. For a moment I was genuinely worried that I had actually done something wrong before I realized it was only a dream."
