Icy bridge, heavy Chairs, and a fearful Fall

"i was walking across this huge suspension bridge wrapped in thick fog, trying to carry a set of heavy wooden chairs to a house on the other side. the metal cables were covered in ice and my feet kept slipping, but i felt like i couldn't drop the chairs no matter what. then out of nowhere, a section of the rusted railing just gave way under my elbow, and before i could grab onto anything, i tipped sideways off the edge. the air rushed past my ears with this loud roaring sound, and my stomach completely dropped into my throat. i watched the dark steel beams of the bridge shrink away above me as i fell through the gray mist toward the black water below. my hands were flailing around trying to catch onto something, anything, but there was only empty cold air. then right as i was about to hit the water, the scene jumped and i was sitting upright in the back seat of a parked car, drenched in sweat and breathing super hard."
